How we plan to grow non-profits sustainably in 2021

A new year is upon us and we have a brand-new look to go with our renewed focus! This year, non-profits are looking at ramping up ways to acquire new donors, to make up for the fundraising gaps brought on by the pandemic. Looking at ensuring long-term sustainable donor base growth in the new landscape is no easy feat, but we are dedicated to making fundraising easy by focusing on three key areas:

Finding New Donors (Acquisition) 

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we fundraise for the causes we care for, having impacted traditional acquisition activities which include, but are not limited to, Face-to-Face and Events.

2021 sees a renewed focus and further expansion of utilising new and different acquisition methods – both active and passive. Finding new donors online has never been easy and the ROIs are often comparable to Face-to-Face acquisition activities. However, there are great opportunities in Digital Acquisition which have yet to be fully explored. 

The ability to focus search parameters to potential donors who already have an expressed interest in a specific cause (profile lookalikes), coupled with increasing time spent online, concludes that there is room for expansion in this field. Digital Acquisition will also look at using key marketing tools and opinion leaders to support this process by actively encouraging new donors in their decision to give.

Simplifying Acquisition
